Welcome to our Rehab Clinic!

We are a multidisciplinary clinic providing professional rehabilitation services. We use clinically based approaches to help heal your injuries and pain symptoms. Our Therapists provide one to one assessments and treatments for optimal recovery. We provide Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Acupuncture services to treat symptoms related to Motor vehicle accidents, WSIB injuries, sport injuries, post orthopedic surgeries, pain symptoms, headaches, concussions, and many other types of injuries and pain. Exercise prescription, custom braces, compression stockings are all provided at Active Stride Therapy. Our Laser treatments have been very popular for all injuries and pain symptoms. Physiotherapy

One on one assessments with a Registered Physiotherapist . This involves a thorough history taking, orthopedic testing, special tests and range of motion and strength tests. Clinical interventions of Laser, ultrasound, IFC and other modalities and manual treatments will help your pain symptoms. Returning you back to your activities of daily living, work duties, and sports is our primary goal.

Custom Orthotics, Compression Stockings and Custom Braces

A Chiropodist will assess your orthotic needs and prescribe accordingly. Our custom braces and supports will be assessed by our Registered Physiotherapist.

Massage Therapy

One on one Massage Treatment with our Registered Massage Therapist. Soft tissue and myofascial techniques will help with recovery and relaxation.

Registered Psychotherapy

Professional Psychotherapy offers counselling 1 on 1 with our Registered Psychotherapist. Providing clinical mental health services, including treatment for stress, anxiety, bullying, relationships, depression, and more.

Acupuncture

Our Acupuncturist is licensed with the college of Traditional medicine. Cupping and needling will assist with the balance of your body and injury recovery.
