Avinnash has worked as a Registered Physiotherapist for 16 years following his graduation from D'Youville college in Buffalo, New York.  He has worked in multiple settings including Orthopedics, Motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, Home care, and with various sport team members.  Many athletes have attended his treatments for rehab for their injuries and return to sport and their varsity teams.  He continues to use his clinical and analytical skills in Physiotherapy treatments to provide care for his patients.

Urva has a vast amount of experience in treating injuries and helping with sore and fatigued muscles.  She utilizes different forms of massage therapy techniques to heal tissues and prevent injury.  She is empathetic towards her clients and provides diligent individual care.

Maria considers massage therapy as a rewarding career providing comfort to people. Her passion to help others prompted a greater  opportunity to enhance her skills through Massage Therapy. She has been practicing as massage therapist in rehabilitation clinics since 2017 providing various treatments with a combination of relaxation and soft tissue manipulation. She is trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork which includes deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy. She has treated various sports related injuries and takes pride and joy working with clients providing safe and appropriate individual treatment and treatment plans to ensure their goals  are met. Cecilia Yin Bing Fung  RMT

Cecilia is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She is enthusiastic and enjoys providing care to all of her clients. Her clients range from those who sustained injuries from motor vehicle accidents, traumatic  injuries, those with acute and chronic pain, and muscle soreness.  She treats many professional athletes and many with sport injuries  with her effective massage techniques.  She individually assesses each one of her clients to assess and determine her client's needs and treatment goals.  Cecilia's deep tissue massage, trigger points massage, effleurage,  petrissage, and effective stretches are very effective in her treatments. She is very experienced in her career and very empathetic to her clients.

Urva is registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

She utilizes varies forms of acupuncture including needling and cupping. Her clients include those experiencing headaches, chronic pain, abdominal stress, cardiovascular and neurological impairments, sport injuries, and more.
